Specifically: project managers, community leaders, \neducators, facilitators, social workers, intercultural mediators that \nare interested to improve their ability in the social inclusion of \nexcluded groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The toolbox consists of a series of samples of \nnon-formal learning activities, background texts, references and direct \nweb-based links to useful sources of information, including a case study\n on \u201cunaccompanied refugee children\u201d. The learning activities are \nstructured to be simple and practical, along with concrete guidelines \nand samples that users can put into practice in their daily work and \nadapt to a variety of educational and community contexts. Each of the \nlearning activities in the toolbox leads on from the previous one in a \nlogical progression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The toolbox could also be used in formal settings \nsuch as schools, colleges and universities addressing development \nchallenges as well as for project managers and experts engaged in the \ndesign and implementation of development programmes and initiatives \naddressing young refugees and migrants.The toolbox is also intended for \nother interested users who are either new to the field or have limited \nexperience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The toolbox is developed in the frame of the \nproject \u201cBEING YOUR HOST \u2013 Better INclusion of YOUng Refugees in Hosting\n SocieTies\u201d funded with the support of the Erasmus+ programme of the \nEuropean Union, Key Action 1 \u2013 Mobility of youth workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To download the TOOLBOX: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.associazioneprism.eu\/toolbox_being-your-host\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LINK<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The toolbox \u201cBeing your Host\u201d is intended as an open learning resource for youth workers that are engaged in community work with young refugees, asylum seekers and young people with migration background.
