Coverage of basic needs

We provide information and guidance to facilitate the reception, access to social resources and coverage of basic needs for people in vulnerable situations.

The delivery of food and the closet helps to cover their most urgent and basic needs.

We offer them intercultural mediation and accompaniment, especially to health services, education and other resources to break their loneliness and insecurity of people.

We also offer specialized psychological support in collaboration with the Telephone of Hope and family mediation through OIKOS.

Accommodation service

The temporary housing apartments are aimed at families in vulnerable situations. We have a total of 18 places distributed in long-stay apartments (more than 1 year) and medium-stay apartments (between 3 and 6 months). Upon entering the foster care program, a process of family intervention begins, which includes training and job placement itineraries for their stability when they leave the housing resource.

The Nyumbani Residence offers housing for young women without family responsibilities who find themselves in an emergency situation or without socioeconomic resources. Their daily routine takes place within the student residence, creating a normalized climate of integration. A safe space is created to enhance their training, empowerment and social and labor integration.

Actions are coordinated with the public and private social services network.

Legal Support

We offer legal assistance to migrants and people in vulnerable situations in their relations both with the administration and with different legal institutions.

We provide legal advice to foreigners in various areas of law such as Immigration and Asylum, Family, Gender Violence, Minors or housing, through a lawyer registered in the Bar Association of Valladolid, referring in your case to the public defender and free justice.

We attend by appointment by calling 98330707083 or through the mail
juridico@redincola.org

We provide training to obtain the integration efforts report, providing migrants with knowledge on fundamental and constitutional rights, as well as tools to facilitate their effective integration process in Castilla y León.

We collaborate with the Learning and Service program of the “Legal Clinic” of the Human Rights Observatory of the University of Valladolid.

Calor y Café

We offer a space for socializing, interacting, sharing and enjoying free time, for the social integration of migrants. An intercultural reception and meeting center to prevent them from necessarily remaining on the street during the day, ensuring that these people do not end up in social exclusion and marginalization.

They develop intercultural activities, have access to a CyberClassroom and training workshops, and are accompanied during the afternoon with coffee and snacks.

It is open from Sunday to Friday, from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Café Solidario

We accompany and support homeless people who sleep on the streets or in spaces without decent living conditions. We share time with homeless people, recovering the warmth of the company with the objective of improving their quality of life and motivating their social incorporation.

It is a program that was launched in 2007, being a pioneer in Valladolid, in response to the situation of lack of protection and loneliness of homeless people. Through routes at night we go through different areas of the city, and we offer a hot meal as a pretext to break with the loneliness and isolation in which they find themselves. The accompaniment becomes a bridge to inform and guide access to social resources.

The impact of this project is high, both for the beneficiaries by creating relationships of trust that can lead the person to become active in order to get off the street, and for the volunteers, who discover the reality of poverty and social exclusion, and become an agent of awareness.

Spanish Adult Program

We offer training in Spanish for foreigners as a fundamental tool for integration: it makes communication possible, facilitates social relations, as well as the learning of cultural values.

The literacy and Spanish learning activities are carried out in small groups for more personalized attention. It is distributed by levels, from the literacy group to the accompaniment in the process for the presentation of the exam to obtain the nationality.

Caminando juntas- Walking together

We provide a space for personal growth, training and promotion of equality for migrant women.

We develop Spanish language learning activities and training workshops that facilitate dialogue, encounter and the creation of relationships between women of different cultures and identities. Accompaniment is a fundamental tool in the program, creating a space to take care of oneself and feel listened to, promoting personal empowerment and participation.

As a complement and promotion of the program, a toy library is offered for the children of the participants.

Resume Program

We work to improve the quality of life of migrants in an irregular situation by accompanying them in the construction of their new life project.

We attend to their basic needs and support the regularization process. We promote the development of training itineraries that enhance their skills, their linguistic immersion and improve their employability. We promote the participation of migrants in society and their equal access to different resources and spaces.

We believe it is necessary to make visible the violation of rights suffered by this group and work to make inclusion a reality for all migrants.
