Trabajamos para favorecer la igualdad de oportunidades en el desarrollo educativo, personal y social de menores procedentes de familias en situación vulnerable.
Contribuimos al éxito educativo a través del apoyo escolar y el refuerzo de las competencias personales de los menores. Motivamos el aprendizaje, especialmente en jóvenes, para que finalicen el graduado en ESO y den continuidad a sus estudios. Además, favorecemos que la inclusión en su centro educativo sea positiva.
Ofrecemos actividades durante las vacaciones escolares con el objetivo de dar continuidad al apoyo escolar y la recuperación de competencias básicas, y por otro lado crear un espacio de ocio y tiempo libre donde disfrutar, relacionarse y educar en valores.
Informamos y orientamos sobre los diferentes recursos que puedan dar respuesta a las necesidades del menor. Acompañamos a las familias, coordinamos acciones con los centros escolares y promovemos su implicación en el proyecto.
Un elemento innovador es el apoyo educativo familiar, creamos un espacio en el que las madres y padres adquieren habilidades para hacer un buen seguimiento escolar a sus hijos, a la vez que se crean relaciones compartiendo actividades lúdico – educativas.
La escuela de familias, con sesiones trimestrales, refuerza su papel como madres y padres, capacita y da autoridad a las familias, mejorando así las relaciones familiares y su implicación en la educación y crianza de los menores.

Trabajamos para transformar la realidad de jóvenes, promoviendo recursos para su desarrollo personal y comunitario, fomentando la participación para que formen parte activa de nuestra ciudad, como una herramienta fundamental para su inclusión.
Generamos espacios que posibiliten el desarrollo de relaciones interpersonales constructivas y facilitadoras del intercambio de experiencias y aprendizajes.
Contamos con un punto de información y orientación juvenil, actividades semanales de tiempo libre “Ocio Joven Rumbo Va!”, talleres de prevención de conductas de riesgo, promoción de la igualdad y hábitos sociosaludables. Promovemos el deporte inclusivo a través de un equipo de balonmano junto con la asociación Inclusport CYL.
Youth Íncola
Favorecemos la participación y compromiso en Europa. El grupo Youth Íncola está formado por jóvenes migrantes y autóctonos, interesados y motivados en participar en proyectos europeos.
We work to promote equal opportunities in the educational, personal and social development of children from vulnerable families.
We contribute to educational success through school support and the reinforcement of children’s personal skills. We motivate learning, especially in young people, so that they can complete their secondary education and continue their studies. In addition, we promote positive inclusion in your school.
We offer activities during school vacations with the objective of giving continuity to school support and the recovery of basic skills, and on the other hand create a space for leisure and free time to enjoy, interact and educate in values.
We provide information and guidance on the different resources that can respond to the child’s needs. We accompany families, coordinate actions with schools and promote their involvement in the project.
An innovative element is the family educational support, we create a space in which mothers and fathers acquire skills to make a good school follow-up for their children, at the same time that relationships are created by sharing recreational and educational activities.
The family school, with quarterly sessions, reinforces their role as mothers and fathers, empowers and gives authority to families, thus improving family relationships and their involvement in the education and upbringing of children.

We work to transform the reality of young people, promoting resources for their personal and community development, encouraging participation so that they become an active part of our city, as a fundamental tool for their inclusion.
We generate spaces that enable the development of constructive interpersonal relationships and facilitate the exchange of experiences and learning.
We have a youth information and orientation point, weekly leisure activities “Ocio Joven Rumbo Va!”, risk behavior prevention workshops, promotion of equality and social-healthy habits. We promote inclusive sports through a handball team together with the association Inclusport CYL.
Youth Íncola
We encourage participation and engagement in Europe. The Youth Íncola group is made up of young migrants and natives, interested and motivated to participate in European projects.
