En Red Íncola, el voluntariado es un motor de cambio. Cada persona aporta su tiempo, habilidades y energía para transformar la comunidad y crecer personalmente.
Organizamos talleres y campañas para potenciar el impacto del voluntariado, generando experiencias que enriquecen tanto a quienes participan como a la comunidad.
Cuidamos la acogida de quienes se suman: informamos, orientamos y conectamos sus intereses y capacidades con nuestras actividades. El voluntariado no solo apoya, sino que construye nuevas posibilidades junto a quienes participan.
Durante toda su experiencia, ofrecemos acompañamiento para que cada voluntario gestione emociones, supere retos y explore nuevas formas de compromiso. Así, su labor se convierte en una experiencia enriquecedora y transformadora, que impacta tanto a la comunidad como a quienes la impulsan.
En Red Íncola, la formación impulsa un voluntariado transformador, fortaleciendo competencias, ofreciendo estrategias útiles y fomentando el crecimiento personal de cada voluntario, mientras genera un impacto positivo en la comunidad. Así, damos respuesta a su derecho y nuestra obligación como entidad según la Ley de Voluntariado.
Nuestro plan incluye talleres de bienvenida, formación general y formación específica según el programa en el que participa cada voluntario.
Red Íncola está acreditada como entidad del Cuerpo Europeo de Solidaridad. Ofrecemos, a los jóvenes, la oportunidad de realizar voluntariado en Europa.
Cada año recibimos voluntariado procedente de Europa para tener una experiencia de servicio y colaborar en diferentes programas de Red Íncola.
También facilitamos el proceso para encontrar proyectos de entidades ya aprobados por la UE que están a la espera de encontrar a una persona interesada. Si te interesa, prepara tu CV y carta de motivación en la que expliques quién eres, por qué te gustaría formar parte del proyecto, qué crees que puedes aportar y qué crees que te puede aportar a ti el voluntariado del Cuerpo Europeo de Solidaridad.

We promote volunteering as a commitment to solidarity and a form of social participation. We conduct workshops and campaigns to disseminate the value of volunteering and meet the needs that arise throughout the year in the different programs of Red íncola.
We take care of the welcome, inform and orient about volunteering in Red Íncola, its meaning and the different resources available. We focus on the volunteer and match his or her interests with our needs.
During the volunteering process, we offer accompaniment, we support them to manage the emotions that arise in their work, overcome difficulties and take steps of responsibility if they want to have a greater commitment.
We offer training to improve skills and provide strategies for volunteers in their work. Thus, we respond to their right and our obligation as an entity according to the Volunteer Law.
Our Volunteer Training Plan consists of mandatory initial workshops for those who wish to join Red Íncola’s volunteer program, general interest training and specific training depending on the program in which they participate.
Red Incola is accredited as an entity of the European Solidarity Corps. We offer young people the opportunity to volunteer in Europe.
Every year we receive volunteers from Europe to have a service experience and collaborate in different programs of Red Incola.
We also facilitate the process of finding projects of entities already approved by the EU that are waiting to find an interested person.
